- Official race distance for the 18+ age categories.
Super Sprint – Individual
- Perfect for kids, or those looking to dip their toes into cross-triathlon.
- Official race distance for the 12 - 15 year olds.
Standard - Team of two or three
- Put your relay team of 2 or 3 together and up the challenge in the longer distance.
- In teams of two, one athlete will complete any two of the three disciplines.
- Teams can be all-male, all-female or mixed.
